why do I have to pay again?

I paid $1.99 for this app before this most recent update and now in order to take advantage of this update its asking that I pay again? If Ive already paid before I dont think I should have to pay again especially since I actually paid for only being able to create one routine! If fixed I will change my rating to 5 stars but as of right now I cannot do that.
